Accommodation Policy


1.1. You could make a reservation for Rena Hotel in one of the following ways:

  • visit the hotel.

1.2. Once we have received and processed your request, we will contact you to confirm the availability of your accommodation.

1.3. You will receive an email confirming your reservation. It will include the type and number of rooms reserved, the check-in and check-out dates, the number of adults and children specified in the booking request, the basis of board, and the amount due.

1.4. Upon our confirmation, a security deposit of 30 (thirty) percent of the total amount of the booking is required and must be paid within 7 /seven/ days of the booking date. The balance must be paid 20 days before check-in. If there are less than 20 days until the start date, you must pay in full.

If you wish to cancel a booking for which a security deposit has been paid, the cancellation penalties described below in the cancellation policy will apply.

1.5. If a security deposit is requested in advance, your booking is valid but is considered CONFIRMED once the specified payment for the specific booking is made and confirmation of payment received is received via e-mail.

1.6. If payment is not received within the timeframe specified, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.


2.1. АCancelling a reservation made by you can be done in the following ways:

2.2. If a confirmed booking is cancelled up to 20 (twenty) days before arrival, the client is not liable for a penalty, except for bookings made under special holiday packages, which specify the booking and cancellation deadlines.

2.3. If you cancel less than 20 /twenty/ days before your arrival date, you will be charged a penalty equal to the first night’s stay, and the remainder of your deposit will be refunded.

2.4. If you cancel less than seven (7) days before check-in or do not show up on the day of check-in, the amount paid in advance for your reservation will not be refunded, and the reservation will be considered cancelled.

2.5. Hotel Rena Hotel reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation due to force majeure or other circumstances beyond the hotel’s control.

In these cases, the hotelier:

  • Offers the client another period of accommodation at the same conditions and prices.

  • Refund the deposit paid by the client within 30 (thirty) days of receiving a written request from the tourist, with no penalty to the latter.


3.1. Check-in and check-out times:

  • Check-in every day after 15:00.

  • Check-in and check-out by 11:00.

3.2. Late check-out will result in a charge based on the late check-out policy established by the hotel reception.

Reservations are held until 24:00 on the day of arrival.

3.3. Pets are not allowed.

3.4. Check-in at the hotel requires the presentation of identification documents. The data you provide is protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the regulations governing information protection, and it is processed solely for the purpose of carrying out the Tourism Act’s requirements. Payment processing may take up to 5 working days.
If the payment is not received the booking will be cancelled. If you wish to change your reservation, please contact us at the phone number or email listed below.


5.1. Hotel Rena agrees to provide the customer with the services requested and paid in full.

5.2. Hotel Rena agrees not to change the price of the services requested by the client, except in exceptional circumstances where it is economically justified.

5.3. Hotel Rena is not liable for any damages caused by third-party actions.

5.4. All claims regarding the quality of the services paid for must be made by the customer on-site at the hotel to correct any deficiencies. The claim must be in writing. If the claims are not satisfied, the customer must request a report from a responsible person. The hotel management will provide the customer with an official statement of the problem within 20 (twenty) working days of receiving the report.

5.5. There will be no refunds for services requested but not used in full or in part due to the client’s fault.

5.6. All prices displayed on Hotel Rena’s website and in e-mails sent to clients are in Bulgarian leva and include VAT and tourist tax. In some cases, they may be linked to additional offers, promotions, and terms. Our team is available to answer any questions you may have about our offers.

5.7. Additional services are not automatically included in the final price and must be paid separately at the hotel.

5.8. The hotel is not liable for lost, forgotten, or stolen items stored outside the personal safe in the rooms, restaurants, or spa, or for damage caused by third parties.

5.9. The Customer accepts responsibility for upholding generally accepted standards of good behavior during his or her stay at the Hotel. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with material damage caused to the hotel.

5.10. In accordance with national legislation, smoking is not permitted in Hotel Rena rooms. As a result, if any noncompliance is discovered, the hotel reserves the right to impose a 150.00 BGN charge without prior notice.

5.11. According to Bulgarian law, clients using Hotel Rena’s services must be adults (over the age of 18). Children are permitted only when accompanied by their parents or other legal representatives. Clients are not permitted to leave their children unattended on hotel premises.

5.12. Hotel Rena reserves the right to change the information on this page, as well as the Terms and Conditions, at any time. While every effort is made to provide accurate and reliable information, this cannot always be guaranteed.

5.13. When a customer makes a booking, they are assumed to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Bookings made by phone, email, or through our website are considered to be an emerging contractual relationship. Payment is deemed acceptance of the Hotel’s Terms and Conditions.

5.14. In all disputes and legal matters arising from the use of the website that are not covered by these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, the mandatory provisions of the Republic of Bulgaria’s law shall apply.
