Accommodation Policy
1. RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.1. You can make a reservation for Hotel Rena in one of the following ways:
• directly through the reservation form on our website: www.renasunnybeach.com
• by email: reception@renasunnybeach.com
• send an inquiry using the contact form on our website: www.renasunnybeach.com
• call us at: +359887 543139
• visit us at the hotel.
1.2. If the reservation is made directly through the reservation form on our website: www.renasunnybeach.com, it is considered confirmed upon advance payment:
– payment by credit/debit card – immediately
– by bank transfer – within 3 days from the date of reservation.
1.3. For all other booking methods – after we receive a bank transfer within 3 days of the booking date.
1.4. You will receive confirmation of your reservation at the e-mail address you provided. It will describe the type and number of rooms booked, the check-in and check-out dates, the number of adults and children specified in the booking request, the basis of board and the amount due.
1.5. A deposit is required, which must be paid within 3 (three) days of the date of booking, in the amount of 30 (thirty) % of the total amount of the booking. The balance must be paid 14 days before the date of arrival, for which you will receive a confirmation. If there are less than 14 days before the start date, you must pay the full amount.
If you wish to cancel a booking for which a security deposit has been paid, the cancellation penalties described below in the cancellation policy will apply.
1.6. Upon payment of the required deposit, your reservation is valid but is considered FINALLY CONFIRMED after the specified payment for the specific request has been made and confirmation of receipt of payment has been received.
1.7. If payment is not made within the specified period, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
2. CANCELLATION POLICY
2.1. You can cancel your reservation in one of the following ways:

• notify us using the contact form on our website.
2.2. In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation up to 14 (fourteen) days prior to arrival, the customer shall not owe any penalty, except in cases of reservations made under special holiday packages, in which the terms for reservations and cancellations are additionally described.
2.3. If you cancel your reservation less than 14 (fourteen) days before arrival, you will owe a penalty as follows:
– For cancellations 13 to 7 days before the date of arrival: 30% of the total amount of the reservation.
– For cancellations from 6 to 3 days prior to the date of accommodation: 50% of the total amount of the reservation.
– For cancellations 2 days prior to the date of accommodation: 100% of the total amount of the reservation.
2.4. Rena Hotel reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in case of force majeure circumstances and other reasons beyond the hotelier’s control.
In such cases, the hotelier shall:
• Offer the customer accommodation for another period, maintaining the same conditions and prices.
• Refund the deposit paid by the customer within 30 (thirty) days of receiving a written request to that effect from the tourist, without owing any penalty to the latter.
3. ACCOMMODATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
3.1. Check-in and check-out times:
• Check-in every day after 3:00 p.m.
• Check-out by 11:00 a.m.
3.2. In case of early check-in and late check-out, each hour of delay shall be subject to payment in accordance with the pricing policy for early check-in and late check-out.
Reservations are held until midnight on the day of arrival.
3.3. Pets are not allowed.
3.4. Accommodation at the hotel is subject to presentation of personal documents proving the identity of guests, and for children – a document proving their age – a copy of their birth certificate or passport. The data provided by you is protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the regulations governing the protection of information and is processed only in connection with the implementation of the established requirements of the Tourism Act. Please familiarize yourself with the POLICY FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA OF CUSTOMERS OF AS HOTELS EOOD (section “Personal Data Policy”).

5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
5.1. Hotel Rena undertakes to provide the customer with the services requested and paid for in full.
5.2. Hotel Rena undertakes not to change the price of the services requested by the client, except in exceptional cases where this is economically justified.
5.3. Hotel Rena is not liable for damages caused by the actions of third parties.
5.4. All claims relating to the quality of the services paid for must be made by the customer on site at the hotel to remedy the deficiencies. The claim must be made in writing. In the event that the claims are not satisfied, the customer shall request a report from a responsible person. Within 30 (thirty) days after its preparation, the customer will receive the official opinion on the issue from the hotel management.
5.5. No refunds will be made for services requested but not used in full or in part due to the fault of the client.
5.6. All prices announced on Hotel Rena’s website and in the hotel’s e-mails sent to the client are in Bulgarian leva including VAT and tourist tax. n some cases they may be linked to other offers, promotions and conditions. If you need further information about our offers, our team is at your disposal.
5.7. The cost of additional services is not automatically calculated in the final price and must be paid separately at the hotel.
5.8. The hotel is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items from rooms, stored outside the personal safe in them, restaurants, or common areas of the hotel, as well as for damage caused by third parties.
5.9. The Customer accepts the responsibility to observe generally accepted standards of good conduct during his/her stay at the Hotel. All costs for material damages caused to the hotel are the responsibility of the customer.
5.10. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms of Hotel Rena, according to the provisions of national legislation. Therefore, in case of non-compliance with these rules, the hotel reserves the right to impose, without prior notice, a fee of 200.00 (two hundred) leva.
5.11. Clients using the services of Hotel Rena must be adults according to Bulgarian law /over 18 (eighteen) years of age/. Children are allowed only if accompanied by their parents or other legal representatives. Clients are obliged not to leave their children unattended on the hotel premises.
5.12. 5.12. Hotel Rena reserves the right to change the information on this page and the Terms and Conditions at any time. Whilst every effort is made to provide true and accurate information, this cannot always be guaranteed.
5.13. When a customer makes a reservation, it is assumed that they have read and agree to this Accommodation Policy. Bookings accepted by telephone, email or via our website are deemed to be an emerging contractual relationship. The payment made is considered as acceptance of the Accommodation Policy.
5.14. For all disputes and legal issues not covered by this Accommodation Policy and Privacy Policy and arising in connection with the use of the website www.renasunnybeach.com, the mandatory provisions of the law of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
