BASIC INFORMATION
Upon arriving at the hotel, you will be given a wristband at reception to use as identification in the restaurant and bars during your stay.

Check-in on the day of arrival is possible after 15:00. In case of earlier arrival, we will try to accommodate you as soon as possible.
On the last day of the stay, the room is vacated until 11:00. Late check-out service is negotiable in advance. Information on the surcharge and the hotel’s current availability is available at reception.

The rooms and apartments are equipped with electric kettle. Coffee and tea are refilled daily.
The Rena Alexandria Club Hotel allows visitors to pay for services and merchandise at the end of their stay. Bills for additional services are charged to the room, and the guest pays the fee (cash or credit) at reception at check-out.

Umbrellas, sun loungers, and towels at the pools (the hotel demands a deposit of 20 BGN per towel, which is 100% refundable when returned in perfect condition).
Please don’t blockthe sun loungers. If a guest doesn’t use a sun lounger for more than 30 minutes, the staff reserves the right to take their towel/shower and release the sun lounger to the next guest. Collected items are stored at reception.
The pool towels cannot be taken outside the hotel.
Parents are advised not to leave their children unattended in the pool.
For safety reasons, jumping into the pool and the use of inflatable objects is prohibited.
An animation team of professionals will take care of your good mood, sports, and cultural amusement by providing daily animation programs.
Children can attend the Alexandria Kids Club and engage in a variety of club activities, competitions, and tournaments led by specially qualified animators.
Children’s discos and nighttime shows will entertain both children and adults.
